Jeff Burns has been involved with lacrosse in the Jacksonville area since his older son, Brian, and some of his classmates started the Stanton Lacrosse Club team in 2003.  His younger son, Kevin, played for 4 seasons at Stanton and was a varsity starter and leading scorer for three years.  Jeff's role with Stanton's team primarily was to manage the team and help move the program from a club team to Varsity status and, also, to promote lacrosse at public schools throughout Duval County.  He works for CSX Technology as a Process Improvement Manager and is married to Susan Burns, who is the Retail Manager for Everbank in Jacksonville.  Jeff graduated from Centre College in Kentucky and holds an MBA degree from the University of Florida.
